Our Expert Remodeling Process for Jacksonville, FL Homes

Our goal is to provide quality and timely results while making the process as stress free as possible for our clients.  We utilize the BuilderTrend software to manage all aspects of the projects from initial consultation to product delivery.  There is a free client facing app available which enables full transparency on project schedule. 

Step 1 | Consultation

 We schedule a site visit.  At the site visit we will discuss project overview, different design options and project budget. We will take measurements and come up with a scope of work. Typically, site visits take less than 1 hour depending on the size of the project. 

Step 2 | Plan + Ideate

A sketch of the remodel is developed from the consultation notes.  Communication with the client will continue through this process to make sure no details are missed. 

 
Step 3 | Proposal

Once the drawings are finalized and approved by the client, a proposal is developed for the scope of work and sent to the client for approval. 

Step 4 | Permitting

Once the contract and required paperwork for permitting are submitted, the project manager will be briefed on the project and materials are ordered. We will be in constant communication throughout the entire process. 

Step 5 | Scheduling

The client is invoiced for the deposit.  Once the deposit is received, the project is added to the master schedule.

Step 6 | Magic

Your remodel project will start to become a reality.  We will be in constant communication throughout the entire process and we promise to make the construction process as stress free as possible.
